How Juspay SAFE 2.0 with native authentication works

Juspay handles authentication through in-house SDK and 3DS Server. Once the customer initiates the payment on merchant application, the SAFE 2.0 SDK is initiated rendering the native challenge screen as per the merchant UI. After auto-submission of OTP, the information is sent to the issuer for authentication post which Juspay proceeds to Authorisation with respective gateway.

Upgrading to Juspay SAFE 2.0

SAFE 2.0 SDK changes will be deployed within existing Juspay SDK and existing merchants can get SAFE 2.0 features with just an app release, while all SAFE 1.0 features will continue to work as is. Authorization will continue to work as is with your existing PA/PG. Juspay will complete authentication and initiate authorization with gateway.
